ICE(I) actively participated in the meetings of the ACECC held in Manila,
Philippines, from February 29th to March 2nd, 2024. The representation from
ICE(I) was led by its Chairman, Dr. SL Swamy. ICE (I) was present at:
- The 35th Technical Coordination Committee Meeting (TCCM)
- The 40th Planning Committee Meeting (PCM)
- The 46th Executive Committee Meeting (ECM)
As ICE(I) is leading TC-32 focusing on Disaster Resilient Infrastructure in
Coastal Areas and Cyclone/Typhoon Risk Mitigation, it has submitted its
Activity Report in the 35th TCCM which was ratified in the 46th ECM. This
underscores ICE (I)'s commitment to contributing to the development and
enhancement of civil engineering practices on an international scale.
